Health Insurances Accepted

I accept payments from major health insurance companies including Aetna, Amerihealth, Anthem, Blue Cross-Blue Shield, Cigna, Highmark, Horizon and Optum (United Health Care).

Click the 'Book Now' button below (which will take you to my scheduling service) and select your health insurance from the drop down list.

For patients who elect to self pay, my fee is $125 per hour.

Cancellations: you may cancel or re-schedule a session up to 24 hours in advance. I charge $60 for late cancellations and no shows.

I accept cash, checks and major credit cards.
